Real Estate Development
We have been continuously evolving the business to take on more diverse real estate projects, ever since we started with independent residential properties such as villas and multi-storey buildings. We have recently expanded into integrated residential resorts, marked by our latest work in Alexandria, Callista Muruj Resort, in partnership with the state represented by the armed forces.
Although Callista is located in an area of approximately 14 acres (56000 m2), buildings take up less than 20%, with the remaining area consisting of streets and green spaces. This distinguishes Callista Muruj Resort with privacy, serenity, and a unique architectural design that highlights the splendor of the place and our extensive experience in the field.
